Spring Book Launch Event in Great Bardfield

Kevin Crossley-Holland will be travelling to Essex this February for the launch of Spring, his new collaboration with illustrator Rosamond Ulph.

Hosted by Great Bardfield Poetry Club and taking place at Between the Lines Bookshop, this special afternoon will celebrate the publication of a book in which poetry and image are closely intertwined. The collection reflects on the season of renewal and transformation, with poems that explore light, growth, memory and the subtle shifts that mark the turning of the year.

During the event, Kevin will read from Spring and speak about the origins and development of the poems. Rosamond Ulph will discuss her illustrations and the creative dialogue that shaped the finished book. Together, they will offer an insight into how text and image can enrich and deepen one another.

The event will conclude with time for questions and book signing.
